The Terrace is a creative industries managed workspace which provides a total of 50 workshops, studios and offices. The Terrace prides itself on the reception service offered being to an excellent level and has a board room available for external hire. Bookings currently unavailable until National Lockdown restrictions are lifted.

The Terrace is a modern, vibrant building in the heart of the Lincoln city centre. With a boardroom available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, at very competitive prices to both external companies and our existing tenants. 

• Boardroom - This meeting room offers more of a ‘boardroom’ feel through its furnishings, décor and inbuilt projector and smartboard for use (included in the hire charge). The room currently seats up to 5 people socially distanced.

Flipcharts are available upon request and a laptop and projector are available through reception at a cost of £5 per hour or £25 per day. All rooms have wireless internet available upon request.  The on-site Café Portico offers a range of catering for meetings from teas and coffees to large buffets.
